I bought a Samsung PS50Q97HD 50 inch plasma TV set 1 yr and 10 months ago and it has already broken beyond repair. It simply turned itself off one night and would not turn on. If plugged into the mains it makes a clicking noise until unplugged. I contacted Samsung who have been uttally useless and unhelpful. The TV set was bought for £1000 yet Samsung does not see any problem that it has broken in less then 2 yrs. My only saviour is the fact that my company was due to purchse 26 Samsung TV sets for use throughout work ranging from 26 to 50 inches. I spoke to my bosses and after my feedback they have cancelled the order and we are going with LG instead. I will never deal with Samsung personally or professionally ever again.
