Sorry for the delay. Unbelievably, it wasn't all Rory's fault. Anyway, it's a cracking show this week, with Rory, Ian, Andrew and the doyenne of CNET Australia, the thoroughly charming Miss Ella Morton.

Shownotes here.

But on a serious note, how can deaf people access podcasts?

Is there some really accurate speech to text software out there?

Although, if CNET wanted to make it's stuff more accessible by having transcripts, I'm more than happy to offer to transcribe podcasts.

A generous offer!

There only one other podcast I know of which offers transcripts with their podcast, which is "Security Now" on the TWiT network. I don't think they do it for accessibility, it's more that often the subjects are so bloomin' complicated you need all the help you can get!

There is an excellent weekly science podcast called "The Naked Scientist" (really not in any way rude) which is also broadcast on the BBC radio

http://www.thenakedscientists.com

It has full transcripts of all of its podcasts. Thought I'd add that...
