How are you enjoying it? It's without a doubt my favourite non-tech podcast.

I really appreciate it because of, how Pamela put, they explain, how we know the things we know. It's especially good for me, as being the physics graduate, I'm expected to be know the far end of everything, which is neigh-on impossible. So it helps me retain some science cred in my family smile

On the subject of Froogle, yes it sucked previously but, as far as I've seen, 'Google Shopping' isn't much better as most of it links to product rip-offs on eBay.

BUT, the price review you guys have on reviews is fantastic! You saved me £50 when I bought my eeePC 901 (yes i FINALLY did it!) over how much I expected to pay!

CNET, if you want some extra money, sell your price comparison system to Google!

You guys don't seem to have attributed the any of the rise in mobile broadband usage to the increase in availability of USB modems and the rocket-like ascendancy of netbooks in 2008.

On that note how about a little public rant on the non-availability of contract free - built in 3G - Linux netbooks in the UK, which I think at the moment stands at none.

As far as I was aware, we were only discussing the Internet as access on devices like mobile phones and iPhones.

This is what a general galactic collision would look like.

Here's a simulation of our galaxy hitting Andromeda

(let me know if you can't access the page linked)

Brilliant links. I think I've seen that in a video simulation from NASA or ESA.
