Keyboard help

I am currently on the EEE pc 901 and its barely alive.
I accidentally spilt water onto the keyboard and mouse area breaking it (it doesn't open anything with the mouse and the keyboard randomly adds letters.) Anyway i was just wondering how to disable the keyboard and mouse allowing me to use an alternate USB keyboard and mouse.

Send it back to the manufacturer for repair.

just plug in a wireless receiver for your keyboard and mouse, or individually add them with USB. It'll just override the trackpad and keyboard on the netbook

i second the repair, if its still under warranty
