Language difficulties

We do have, from time to time, some minor 'glitches' or ambiguities in the colloquial language used within the forums and in the bulletins. Mostly, we manage. However....

".....Last week, we greased ourselves up....."

The above appeared in the 'Weekly Roundup'. Are you quite sure you know what that implies, and the picture it conjures up, to thousands of your readers? Are you quite sure that's the image you want to communicate.....?

IT's not easy being an 'obbit/house elf cross. Master won't let Bilbo near 'is keyboard. Bilbo has been called worse than a string of numbers.....

Bilbo doesn't like being 'all greased up' by Master.
