Many people think that bing will die, a few people will use it just because its new but most will revert to google. I realised that Bing has a chance when I saw someone with a bing results page, I asked them "why the ---- would you use bing?" (I noted the suggestions say keep it clean) they replied "because its the default search box" (their reply reworded). Microsoft dominates the OS market, Internet explorer is the default browser, bing is the default search engine with IE. I reckon most will search with bing just because its their, they cant be arsed.

I think your right its going to take something special to knock google off most peoples preffered choice of search. I am however finding it difficult to get used to the new font size in the serch bar after it being smaller for all these years.
