I agree with the one's in the article, especially portal, but my favourite at the moment has to be N

Then again, with the Orange Box and Call Of Duty 4, i don't play flash games much anymore

I'm a big fan of the games at the Orisinal: Morning Sunshine site.

Not especially challenging or sophisticated, but very pretty.

Runescape was utterly addictive when it was first available... then there was the classic RC Racer on Candystand!

As a yr.9 school student and therefore a veteran in online flash games, i think there is one that you have missed off that should be right up there with the greats. Dust is fantastic, and I have spent hours and hours on it, just experimenting.

Also another one to consider is Boxheads: 2play Rooms.

There are some really addictive games in that list. One that should be added is Totomi from http://www.totomi.com its was released a month ago and it kicks ass. i just set a massive high score under MNW on the game.
