Toll-Free and Cheap calling cards

I regularly use prepaid phone cards for making phone calls. But what annoys me the most is the sudden expiry of these cards without any prior notification. I have been unable to make important phone calls at times and been in trouble due to this. I want a prepaid card with a long validity.
