Iphone 3GS or Palm Pre

Hi there.

I'm on O2 at the moment and i am due for an update but i can't decide what phone to upgrade too. I am between the iphone 3GS and the Palm Pre but i cannot decide between the two.

I have an ipod touch which is a year old so i am not really short of an ipod but it is old and i don't know how much longer it will last. But when i buy a new phone i like it to be something new so i can explore it (i'm quite a gadget geek) but i would know my way around the iphone easily but i do realise it is the best phone in the market. I also have a macbook.

Can someone please help me. Is any one else in this situation?
