HCT Hero v Samsung Omnia 2

I would really appreciate some help here.

My contract is up this month and I am currently with T-Mobile but I am not adverse to changing supplier. I have been researching for ages and I have narrowed it down to these two handsets the HCT Hero or the Samsung Omnia 2. I know they work on different platforms, but I cannot make up my mind which to go for. I guess they both have their pros and cons.

Please help to put me with this dilemma.
