Blackberry app world???

Is there a way to download blackberry app world apps via you pc for free or do you have to download via your mobile phone?

I don't think the Blackberry App World supports downloads of apps online, you can only browse the available content and then get an SMS sent to your phone, or something like that. It seems strange but you might as well just download it directly to your phone anyway, if you can.
