I'm wanting a mini-net book. Some I've seen have Linux - and /or 'Windows CE'. I've heard Windows CE is no good - can you give me an opinion about it ? Plus, please can someone tell me what it is?

It's Microsoft's embedded operating system. It's very basic, nothing at all like normal Windows and is best suited to specialist applications, like a handheld terminal waiters use to take your food order at a restaurant. Avoid.
