Hi all, I'm Ian Morris, and I'm the editor for the DVD/PVR section. The idea of these forums is that everyone can chat, ask questions and maybe provide a little help for others about spinning discs and hard drive recorders. We can also discuss the Blu-ray vs. HD DVD format war, but lets try and keep it civil! I know these things can evoke strong emotions in some people I'll be here to help where I can, and I'll be keen to hear all of your feedback about cnet.co.uk and what we can do to make the site even better.

Hi Being old in the tooth and a bit naive regarding electronics, there is a question regarding the Panasonic DMR-EX77EB Dvd Recorder. it is said that only having a single tuner I would not be able to record 1 programme while viewing a different one. Does this apply if if I have a Integral Digital TV Like the Panasonic TX-26LXD70. Almart

Don't take my word for it, but I'd assume that you could watch another digital programme if your television had integrated digital.
