HDD Recorder

Hi,

I donīt know if this is the right section to post about this topic but I thought it`s at least the nearest ;-)
I want to buy a HDD recorder but i`m not sure about which one?
Any references or general opinions about HDD recorder...?

I don't suppose TV tuner for pc and media centre to record tv is an option or do you want one that just plugs straight into the tv?
