Hi, Does anyone know of a decent freeview television tuner for my imac? Preferably one that plugs in via USB and enables me to record onto my hard drive. Is that even possible? Will i also need to connect it to an external aerial or will a portable inside one do? I live fairly central in London so hope that my signal would be strong. Thanks Joe

What about Elgato EyeTV for DTT. As long as there are not to many buildings blocking the signal you could probably get most of the channels from a portable aerial.

EyeTV is indeed, very good. It's specially designed for the mac, so should work really well! A word of caution. Central London is a terrible place to get a TV signal, especially if there are tall buildings in the way. You might need an external aerial.
