No encoding MP3 player

Looking for MP3 player without encoding music or media file. (Some of video file needs to be encoded, u know..) Encoding process is complicated for me, (and I’m little bit lazybones too..) so I really don’t want to do it..
Do you know any product that it has auto-converting file kind of function?
