Mp3/Ipod/SE W995 help

Right ok i've got a w995 which I love but the sound through the earphones is far too quiet so i'm looking at buying a mp3 player or Ipod and digitalising my music collection so have been lookin at a 32gb touch and either a 80gb or 120gb classic but I dont know which to get. I could also do with a decent stereo with Ipod dock if I do get one. I have found all 3 of those Ipods for the same sort of price on ebay coz I dont mind 2nd hand as long as its in good condition
