Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 vs Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ38

Both are around the same price - the F738 is around 25 pounds more expensive than the TZ7 according to the CNET price check today - but which is a better use of my money?

Pocketability is one issue, but if the F738 is significantly better that can be waived. I'm looking to take mostly stills, but some video too. Ease of use is also important, but will become less so as I become more familiar with the cameras!
