Hi everyone. I am just a new-entry level camera user looking for some opinions in getting a SLR below £400. That's all I can afford. Was looking at Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 which has the advantage to be carried around easily. Nikon D40 vs Canon 1000D, which one do you reckon?

P/S: Is buying a camera from camera shop in person or getting one through online is better? Any
suggestion if I am in Bristol?

Thanks alot.

Hi~ I'm very glad to give you some suggestions. I recommend you to select from online shop.
Shopping online is becoming easier than ever before. Most people have found that shopping online is very easy and more convenient to do. We don’t have to go into stores and look to see what you need or want. Now, hotsaleoutlet has released a new shopping application. Maybe you need to get something fast and don’t have time to go to a store, hotsaleoutlet is your best choice!

I strongly recommend this type to you--CCD Sensor, 8M Pixels, 3.0"LCD, MP3, MP4, 3X Optical zoom

hope my suggestion will be helpful to you!
