Stand by for a big site re-design

Hello everybody - I wanted to give you a sneak preview of some changes we will be making to the site soon.

Since we launched in 2005, we've tinkered with various sections of the site to the extent that some areas now look a bit inconsistent. So we're taking this opportunity to bring more of uniform look and feel to the site. A new header will mean that the search box stays in the same place no matter which section you are in, as will the login box. The left-hand nav in Reviews, Downloads and Prices has been simplified too.

You'll also notice that we will be changing colours to reflect the new branding established by the US last year. More details on the new designs will follow once we have launched, but for now you can click to see screenshots of what the Homepage, Crave, Reviews and Video will look like in the new design.

I like! Looks a bit easier on the eyes as well without so much Yellow everywhere!

I liked the yellow, but I agree, it is more restful on the eye. Thumbs up
