My creative Zen v screen is broken !!!!!

Hiya guys basically when i turn it on it appears to be blank but when u look close u can see the writing but its so faded in some places it is so hard to navigate i am able to listen to music ( by pressing allot of buttons it sometimes comes up) but i cant see it properly.

Did anyone have this problem before with there's ?

Help would be appreciated
