Suggest a product: Portable video monitors >=1024x600 <13" Input for camcorder AV

Hi my new camcorder (Standard Definition, with a 16:9 wide-screen mode as well as 4:3 mode) comes with a cable that you can plug in which ends in a yellow video, white and red audio RCA/phono/AV plugs.

These plugs are intended to be plugged into a video monitor (yellow) and the red and white are audio.

What I would like to buy is a portable, so battery-powered, video monitor which would give me a good fully detailed image, operating appropriately in either 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio either automatically or with a manual 4:3 or 16:9 option.

Now with the wide screen view, and given the video signal has a height of is it 576 lines, I reckon the minimum screen resolution I need to display every data point would be 1024 x 576. So a 1024 x 600 (the WSVGA standard) screen would be fine.

I would like to suggest a product for review I identified on a Hong Kong website (Eonon.com) which might be adapted for the purpose, though I have concerns about importing the product myself.

So my product suggestion is the following, or an equivalent product with an as good screen specifications, battery-powered and no-bigger than 13 inches.

Not costing the earth would be good too. This product is advertised out of Hong Kong for $130 or £81 which includes shipping or delivery but UK customs and excise may have something to say about importing it, like adding VAT or something.

I don't really know about importing products so that is why I am looking for a UK importer, distributor and someone local who will honour the warranty and provide the usual consumer protections.
