Advice wanted on new camcorder

Hi guys,

I want to buy an new camcorder but I need some help in choosing. I was hoping I could get some advice. Here is a list of the sort of specs I am after:

HD Recording (or at least, very good SD recording)
Good quality audio recording
Decent internal memory (although not essential as I can by an SDHC card)
SDHC Card slot (at least 8GB support)
Easy to use
Compatible with Mac OS X and Windows 7
At least 5X optical zoom
Good quality stills capturing
Good battery life

I'm looking to pay around £150 but may go higher if the price is right. I would also like one that actually looks like a camcorder rather than a FlipMino style device.
